Today's Mortgage Rates End User License Agreement

Today's Mortgage Rates Calculation and Website Display is a service of Florida Webcrafters, Inc., hereafter referred to as "licensor". Use of this service implies acceptance of the terms of this license agreement.

Licensee recognizes that this service represents a substantial financial interest of licensor, including, but not limited to, proprietary software developed by licensor for the operation of this service.

A subscription to this service is valid for one website only.

The licensee shall not distribute the software supplied as part of the service to any third parties.

Use of this service includes files which need to reside on licensee's website. Licensee must have ftp access to his website, and the capability to upload the files to his site.

No warranties are expressed nor implied in the availability of this service. Licensee is responsible for the accuracy of rates describing his product offerings, and agrees to hold Florida Webcrafters, Inc. harmless for any litigation arising from the publication of such rates on licensee's website.
