Description Interest Rate

Enter your standard assumptions in the default fields on the left and click Set Defaults. They are used to fill in the assumptions for the rate type currently being entered/edited. These can be overridden for the product being edited by altering the assumptions fields before clicking Save.

The table listing rates currently on display will have 4 buttons each: Move Down, Move Up, Edit, Delete. The Move buttons let you rearrange the order of rate types on display. Edit allows you to alter the rate. Delete removes the rate from the list.

After selecting a button, click Execute to perform the desired action. The screen will redisplay after a brief pause.

Check the ARM? box when entering adjustable rate mortgages. Leave unchecked for fixed rate mortgages.
Enter the ARM term in months.

Use the Add New Rate button to do just that. Select Edit on the "New Rate" which is added to the list and Execute. Then enter the information in the Edit Rate area and click Save.

The Backup button saves your current defaults and rates. Restore will reset values to your last Backup.

Use the Finished button when you're done. This action will create the "Today's Rates" (TodaysRates.html) page that your website visitors see.
