OWSdllogger downloads the file specified in the tag, and silently logs the
event, capturing date, time, and IP Address of client. You specify the log file
directory and the download files directory in the configuration file. OWSshowdllog produces an HTML report, which can be detailed or summarized by
day.
Installation Procedure: see readme.txt in the zip archive.
Log file names are of the form <dllog_filename.txt> where filename is the
base name of the file downloaded. For example, if the file were
mydownloadfile.zip, then the log file would be
dllog_mydownloadfile.txt.
